Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in installments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.

A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first – your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
Yes, guests are always welcome for short visits, but we do ask that they respect your flatmates and our house rules. If your guest plans to stay regularly or longer, you’ll need to check in with your property team for permission. Some properties might charge for overnight stays longer than two nights a week, so it’s best to contact your chosen site for the details.
