With properties across Europe and a wide range of rooms, apartments and studios available, you’ll be able to find a room that really suits your needs, whether you are living with us for 2 weeks or many months.

If you choose to live with us for a short stay, whether that’s for just a few weeks, a single semester stay, or the remainder of the academic year, you’ll enjoy all of the same facilities, services and benefits as our full academic year students. This includes laundry facilities, bicycle storage, car parking where available and, of course, unlimited Wi-Fi.

As with all of our students’ contracts, all of your utility bills are included in your rent, making it really simple and easy to budget.

Flexible Short Stays

If you’re looking for student accommodation within the current academic year on a shorter contract length to fit in with your studies or a placement, we may be able to accommodate a short stay. In some cities we can offer stays as short as 2 weeks, or you may want to live with us for a single semester, or for the remaining academic year. We can also offer summer student accommodation in most of our properties on a flexible basis.

Short Courses

Short stay contracts during the academic year and summer period are ideal for full-time students studying a range of courses, such as precessional courses, English language courses, non-degree courses, Erasmus exchange students, or placements as part of your studies, as well as a whole host of others.

Study Based Work Placement

A study-based work placement can be vital in terms of growth and general experience in the working world! Whether you’re studying to become a teacher, a nurse, a dentist or an engineer, more employers are looking for candidates with plenty of experience.

You might think you know a lot about your chosen career, but being placed in the heart of all the action is when you really learn all the ins and outs! If you perform well on your work placement, you may even be offered a full-time job at the end of it, it really depends on how much you impress.

A placement allows you to put the theory you’ve learnt into practice, make new contacts, and learn on the job! Maybe you’re a trainee student nurse on a placement at a local hospital for a few weeks, or working at a dental practice in town for a few months? Whatever your area of expertise, you need a comfortable base to stay, and that’s where we can help!

You can book for a summer short stay of just a few nights, or you can stay for the whole summer. If you currently live with us at Orla Student, you can extend your stay in your current property, or why not visit another city for the summer period and stay in one of our other fabulous properties?
